Joseph Hall is an educator, mentor, and creative practitioner with over 20 years of experience supporting young people across alternative provision, mainstream education, and community settings.

 

As the Founder and Director of QMX Academy, Joseph has dedicated his career to working with young people who have struggled in mainstream education. He has led accredited NCFE courses in Creative Crafts and Performance Skills, alongside delivering mentoring, workshops, and one-to-one support. His approach focuses on building confidence, life skills, and re-engagement through creativity, structure, and positive relationships.
